Zozef Terzivassian always used to say that "wood is alive" and treated the repair of every instrument with reverence, as a sacred calling. For 60 years, fully dedicated to his daily routine, he created and healed instruments in his neoclassical workshop-residence in Piraeus. When musicians brought him bouzoukis from other makers that "had no voice," he would respond with his legendary phrase: "I will operate on it!!!".
Today, this very tradition lives on. Preserves the exact same handmade techniques, entirely without the use of industrial machinery.
At our company's official service department, we undertake the maintenance, setup, and full restoration of both vintage and modern instruments:
General Repair & Setup
Over the years, we have brought back to life instruments that were completely crushed during transport. Of course, an instrument doesn't need to be totally destroyed for us to intervene therapeutically. Simple setups or adjustments to the frets and the neck are very common requests from our clients.

Just as Zozef himself used to do, every instrument that undergoes a full restoration is sealed with the special inscription "General Repair by Zozef Terzivassian" as a guarantee of authentic craftsmanship.

Selection of premium woods that have undergone the proper aging process, ensuring a round and magical tone. For example, a premium aged soundboard can dramatically improve even a mediocre instrument.
