Manolis Chiotis was a composer and musician who changed Greek music and one of Zozef's good clients.
First of all, he changed the traditional instrumentation by ordering an eight-string instead of the six-string bouzouki that existed until then, changing the scale and managing to speed up his playing on the fingerboard.
He is the musician most admired by popular instrumentalists and his virtuosity remains a target for advanced players of the bouzouki.
In his honor we built the collectible CH-1 a "one of a kind" instrument that looks like the one he commissioned from the great luthier.
